Q. What are your session times?
A. My practice hours are:
Monday to Thursday 13.00 - 20.00
Friday 13.00 - 17.00
If your availability is outside of these hours and/or there's a big time difference if you're based outside of the UK, then please get in touch anyway as I can often be flexible depending on my other commitments.
Q. Where are you based?
A. I hold my face to face sessions from Palmer House, 2 Pelham Court, Pelham Road, Nottingham, UK. NG5 1AP.
There is free parking available and frequent buses run by both ends of Pelham Road. If you have any access requirements then please let me know so that I can accommodate your needs.
Q. If I'm unable to leave the house or I'm not based in Nottingham or the UK, can we have an online session instead?
A. Absolutely! I run online/video sessions with many clients outside of Nottingham and the UK.
Q. How many sessions will I need?
A. This depends on what issues you bring to counselling and varies enormously from person to person. We will discuss this together during our first session.

Q. What happens during the first session?
A. We will have a chat about why you have decided to come for counselling. We will discuss the therapeutic contract and what you are hoping to gain from our time together, which will also help us to ensure that I am the right counsellor for you.
Q. What about confidentiality?
A. I take your confidentiality very seriously and this is also something that we will discuss during our first session.
Q. How do I book a session?
A. You can use any of the following methods:
i) book online using HarleyTherapy.com (NB. Not all of my available sessions are visible here so please contact me directly if you can't find a suitable session time)
Q. What are your fees and can I pay by credit/debit card?
A. My fee is £42 per 50 minute session. Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal and electronic payment such as Google Pay, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay.
